Professional dementia caregivers are in demand. Distinguish your organization as an innovator in employee development where dementia care knowledge and skill are concerned.
NEW! DEMENTIA CARE STAFF TRAINING GAME!
PROBLEM: Most dementia training covers only the basics, with generic advice that often feels irrelevant and non-practicable in real life.
WHAT IF: …learners could practice what they’ve learned in dementia training and build dementia problem solving skills to navigate the unique scenarios that present when dementia’s symptoms escalate?

GAME PLAY IS SERIOUS BUSINESS.
INNOVATIVE TRAINING MODALITY INVITES ENGAGEMENT AND REINFORCES LEARNING.
Play to win. Incorporate the Exploring Dementia Training Package in your educational programs and leverage friendly competition to build cohort collaboration, inspire improvisational thinking, and promote curiosity over stigma in dementia care. EXPLORING DEMENTIA is a way to distinguish your organization as a pioneer in dementia care staff or student training. Learning games support learners as they strive to:
• Retain new information
• Practice applying new skills
• Experiment with adaptations for individual cognitive changes
• Problem solve through collaboration
• peer learning

Trainer on Retainer
Expert Training, Customized to Your Community’s Core Values and Brand Promise
Trainer Cloud Conrad presents dementia-specific information and helps professional caregivers learn how to translate this knowledge into practical skill. The curriculum builds on and expands conceptual and practical material introduced in The Dementia Field Guide. Each session has a learn-and-apply format and caregivers will be putting their new skills in action from the very first session.
Conrad will work with you to adapt the content and delivery to reinforce the brand promise and core values that your community is singularly known for, and hand-outs, slides, and other materials will feature your company logo.
Staff members attend four 45 minute live sessions and complete a 15-minute weekly online assignment which explores the written and oral material in practice. Programs can be tailored to increase the number of sessions.
Four sessions are recommended for each employee. Additional sessions can be added on a per-staff-member basis.
