One-on-One Dementia Caregiver Mentoring

Caring for a person living with dementia impacts our professional well-being and our personal well-being, regardless of whether we are paid as a dementia caregiver or not. Many people benefit from joining a local dementia caregiver support group. Others prefer the personal focus and confidentiality that private mentoring provides.

One-on-one private mentoring sessions are designed to address and satisfy your agenda during each session. You establish the agenda each week at the beginning of our time together. We can follow the New Street Compass pre-set agenda or discuss whatever you like. You may choose to work on caregiver topics or other personal topics. As an Independent Caregiver Trainer and certified personal coach, I am equipped to address most anything you wish.

Dementia Knowledge

Whether your loved one has a diagnosis on not, the foundation for your dementia caregiver mentoring is understanding how dementia changes memory, thinking, and behavior. We will look at this information in general but also more specifically to your situation.

Schedule a free initial info session.

During this 30-minute session we will discuss your needs and together determine our best approach to meet them. We  can meet on a one-time or recurring basis. Most clients schedule 6 – 10 one-hour sessions.  Ultimately, you can determine the agenda for each session.
